Oh Marie...

I love magazines, half my workroom is filled with magazines!! I also love online magazines, perhaps even more because they don't take up any space in my over-crowded workroom. Do you read online magazines? What are your favourite ones? My new favourite online magazine is Oh Marie, I like the fact that it's a Dutch online magazine ( there are not that many dutch online magazines!) and i like that every issue has an other theme. This new issue has such a pretty cover designed by Ellen Vesters and I love the article about the man with their cats ;-)

Flow magazine

You know perhaps I really like Flowmagazine, it's a Dutch magazine full of inspiration, pretty pictures, lovely stories and the best goodies. Today I heard that they will go international, in English and availible to buy online and in international shops. This is great news in itself  but even better is that when I took a look at the preview I saw some familiar faces! So cool to see that I love Paris doll and Rabbit are in this first international issue!

Magazines and patterns

Some time ago I was asked by a Japanese magazine if they could use the picture of Sofia and Mila for an article about Queensday, of course we said yes!

While going through my pattern books and magazines to find some nice patterns for KCWC I decided it was time to tidy up with the result of a big stack of knippies and Ottobres, who would like to have them? Just send me a mail and we can arrange something.

Talking about KCWC, I have almost finished a dress (just need to add the buttons) and a short, I will share some pictures soon!

Bird party magazine preview

Last year after Mila's birthday I started making a little zine about creating a spring bird party but somehow did not find the time to finish it! Now i year later it's ready and I would love to share it with you. It's full of ideas and tutorials you can use for your Easter decorations. I have some trouble uploading so i caanot share a link yet, but I could not wait giving you a preview. I hope you like it and hope to upload the whole mag very soon. Enjoy your long weekend!

I love Milk

 I love magazine, I really like interior magazines, I really really love kids interior magazines and I really really really love Milk! I have been reading milk from the beginning and I just love it, there has not jet been any issue that dissapointed me and I love flipping through the old issues. I just bought the new issue and also their milk decoration book ( for the people in Rotterdam, you can find the book at Snoek). So many nice interiors and design objects. The picture above is taken in the girls room, these are the shelves of Mila, she loves collecting little animals, japanese tape and much more....the cute white bunny is a little light, you can find it here.

Lait Fraise

Thanks to Twitter I found this very lovely kids webmagazine/ blog  Lait Fraise all about super cute things for kids with tutorials, interviews, give-aways and musch much more....it's in french but don't worry the pictures and design are reason enough to visit this site.

Magazine swap

I love love love magazines...I did a fun magazine with Floor who moved from Holland to Sweden a little while ago and send her some dutch magazines and she send me this lovely new swedish one Hemstilat.
