I found this cool shopping cart in a shop, it was actually display material and not for sale  but somehow I convienced the shop owner to sell it to me.
Love the look of the cart and the size is perfect for my dolls and rabbits! I could not help myself and do a little photoshoot with the cart.

New website

Last week my new website went live. So happy that it's finally there. What's new about the website? Well everything I think. New pictures, new products, new text and look. One of my favourite features is the Pattern/tutorial page. On this page you can find tutorials and free doll clothes patterns. It's so easy, just clock on the piece of clothing you want to make and then a pdf will pop up on your screen, you press print and you can start sewing!

Time for wintersleep?

Oh my what a dark and rainy day today....I really want to stay in bed all day long and sleep like a bear ;-)

But things need to be done and I have to start to clean the house and put the christmas tree up! 

I made this little bear sweater yesterday and a little bear bag too, I have put them up in my Etsy shop, just a few availible....

Fluffy pastels...

For the winter wardrobe of the dolls and rabbits I made some very soft and fluffy  fake fur jackets...they will be part of the small shop update later today!

Fall colours...

I like fall season with all it's pretty colours and knitted scarfs and hats.. 

I found the cute bag on Etsy in this shop , it's really cute and tiny and I love it, sadly it cannot open but it will looks great on the dolls I think.

I'm fascinated by mini things and I'm always on the look out to find some props for the dolls. Funny how you develop an eye for all things tiny and find mini things in all places. I love roaming the internet too but when you look for doll things they are mostly too small ( doll house) or very pink and plastic. then I found this bag, is actually for a Blythe doll. They have so many cute clothes and accesories for these dolls, sadly they are almost all to small to fit my dolls...

Winter blues....

I'm not feeling blue at all and it's not winter jet but I think this outfit would be great for a walk on a cold and sunny wintersday...

I saw my sweet niece wearing a very cute h&m legging with forest animals on it and immediately thought it would make a cute doll sweater so I bought one and cut it up and now have 3 of these sweaters, will list 1 or 2 in the shop very soon, but have to keep one myself I think!!

Let's go for a bike ride....

Last sunday we went to a very nice secondhand market and found some treasures, one of my favourite finds was this orange doll bike a perfect size for my dolls and rabbits, very well spotted by Sofia.

I could not wait to make some pictures with it, the little basket in front of the bike was made by Mila.

The start of a new week...

Hope you had a lovely weekend, mine was great with lots of sun and family time and also very productive.

I'm very busy making lots of items for the dolls and Rabbits. There will be some limited edition dolls and rabbits  in the shop very soon....cannot wait to show you more!

Winter wool

I just love making small clothes for the dolls and rabbits, these little winter jackets are from 100 % wool and I think the colour is so great, I think this dusty pink is my new favourite colour. The jackets are for some limited edition dolls and Rabbits I'm making and will be in the shop soon.

I made a little cat sweater for the doll 

mini pencil tutorial

I made a tutorial together with Sofia on how you can make your own mini pencils.

(Sofia did all the filming & editing!!!)

What you will need:

- toothpicks

- acrylic paint

- small brush

- tinfoil

- double sided tape

- scissors

- nail file

Step  1 :Cut of the one end of the toothpick with a scissors

Step  2: smooth the top of the toothpick with a nail file 

Step 3: paint the top of the toothpick with pink paint ( this will be the eraser) and let it dry

Step 4: paint the centre of the pencil any colour you like and let it dry

Step 5:with a black fineliner colour the point of the pencil

Step 6:Fold a piece of tinfoil double and use double sided tape to attach it to the pencil in between the eraser and the rest of the pencil

Mini school supplies

The school holiday of the girls is over and it's time to get back to work again. Yesterday I made these mini school supplies ( the pencils are about 5 cm to give you an idea for the size), such a fun thing to do. I also started to make a video tutorial how to make the mini pecils together with Sofia, she is learns how to film and edits films in school so I teamed up with her for this project. I hope to show you the end result here very soon. 

Umbrella prints

I love these  screenprinted fabric trimming from the Australian company Umbrellaprints, I ordered them to join their yearly competiotion ( read here how to enter). The challange is to create something with this package of little pieces of their printed fabric. I love all the diffrent colours and prints that the package contained, the pieces are quite small and perfect to make small projects like doll clothes and accesories. Above you can see what I made with all the fabrics. What I liked about this challange was using every single bit of fabric that the package contained!

black and white mini's

It's so much fun making mini things for the dolls, I think i'm addicted to it, I really cannot stop.....

This time I made a little tote bag with camera applique and a little ipod with headphones and I'm already thinking what to make next!!
