La Roulotte

About 5 years ago we build a Roulotte (wooden playhouse) for the girls in the garden, the Roulotte had a bench, a playkitchen etc and the girls loved playing in it. Lately the Roulotte has been negleted and was a bit worn out so we decided to give it a make over and make it more suitable for teenagers. We took out the bench, playkitchen and used left over laminate to put in a new floor. I used scarp mdf  to cover some of the wood and painted it in a fresh white.
Yesterday Mila and I redecorated the Roulotte  to give it a fresh and modern look. I made cushions that can be used to make a little lounge area but can also layed over the floor to create a big bed for sleepovers.

Here you can see the Roulotte how it was before...

( the cute teatowel is from Donna Wilson, cushions from Hema and Ikea and the garden prints by Jessica Nielsen )
