My turn now....

One of the things I like of these themed parties is that we ( the kids & moi) learn a lot from it, we bought some vintage bird books (and borrowed a great one too) and now we start to know the names and really love drawing them. It has been a long time ago that I drew birds and used aquarel but it has been so much fun. I totally forgot how I love working with this medium and I'm sure I will start to use it more often. We have put a lot of bird food in the garden and love watching our visitors, I hope they decide to stay and build a little nest like last year!

Fijne dag!

Very sweet! We have been returning to painting a lot lately too, I'm finding it so relaxing.

beautiful birds!
I became very bird aware when I lived in Tasmania. They have many birds that I love particularly the kookaburras who lived in my backyard.
I dont think we appreciate them enough sometimes.
