India

It's already the end of april, some of the decorations of Mila's party are still hanging in our livingroom but we have to start thinking about Sofia's birthday, she will be 9 on the 9th of June. We have already found a theme for this years party, India...Sofia loves colour, dancing, dressing up in pretty clothes and making decorative art, we think we can incoporate all this and perhaps more in a party for her and her friends.
We already started with collecting some books about India a good way for us all to learn about this intresting country. If you have any tips or ideas for our Indian birthday party we would love to hear it!!

Traveling

The doll kits are packaged and ready to fly to their destinations, we are still planning our summer holiday, we hope to go to France but are still looking for the perfect house swap. Our weekend was busy building walls in the bathroom and painting the new room for Sofia&Mila (our next big project)

sunny mornings

The sun is here again and we are so happy, lots of flowers in the garden and in their hair. The girls decided to have breakfast in the garden, I think I will join them......

Yesterday was a nice and sunny day perfect for a photoshoot with the caps I made for a wholesale order .

A wedding......

On Thursday my big sister got married, it was a very happy and sunny day. I made some silk dresses for Sofia, Mila and my sweet little niece Ilse( they felt like princesses!!). The wedding was a small homemade family wedding in their lovely new house. It was great to be a part of the preparations, the wedding cake was made by my mum and me, the flowers by my dad and the wedding cake topper and ring pillow were made by me.

New online magazine

Hi, sorry that I have stayed away so long but it has been a pretty busy week, my sister got married and I spend my time baking cake, sewing bridesmaid dresses and decorating...it was a lovely sunny day and i will show some pictures soon.

A birthday present.....

I made this doll and matching skirt as a birthday present for Mila's and Sofia's friend. She is such a sweet girl and I know for sure that the doll&skirt wil be loved......

I finished sewing the new girls and now they are waiting for their clothes, I'm busy with some other projects but I hope to dress them before the catch a cold ;-) I already know there will be one doctor and there will be some sweet liberty summer dresses...
