Design your own doll Give-away!!!

This is my 400th post already, can you believe it!!?? I really love having a blog and I really appriciate all my visitors and love reading your comments. So I decided to have a give away,

What can you win?

You can win a handmade doll made by me inspired by a design by you (or your child perhaps) .

What do you have to do?

Make a design for a doll ( and clothes), a drawing, painting, collage or perhaps you are better with words, that is ok too. Than leave a comment with a link to the design( so others can see it too) or send me an e-mail ( e_harberts( @) hotmail.com) with the design and of course don't forget to include your name and contact details.

When is the deadline?

On monday 7 september I (and my lovely jury Sofia and Mila) will choose a winner who will recieve the doll.

Back to school...back to work.....

The girls are back to school again and it's empty in my house :-(

I'm working on some custom orders, screenprinting/sewing these linnen placemats and table runners and I have an order to make a doll for a sweet 2 year old girl, when I started to make that doll I made these ladies as well, it is so much fun making the dolls and their clothes that I cannot stop so I guess I will make more.....perhaps for my etsy shop or to take to the craft markets I plan to do. Writing in the sand.......

We spend a lovely sunny saturday in the beach, building sandcastles and catching small crabs and other sea creatures. Now the girls have only one week Holiday left, can't believe how fast the time went.

After the doll clothes I am now busy making some dolls including of course some more doll-clothes.....

Lazy days........

Yesterday we had a lovely picnic in the park with friends, in the park they had the Day of Romantic music. A day filled with jummie food, classical music and lots of (dressed up) people watching........

Doll clothes

I made some clothes for the dolls of Sofia and Mila, I really enjoyed making them and plan to make some more, the girls have already made a list of what their dolls need and I have to tell you the list is quite long ;-))
