Mila's Circus Party 1 #

We are preparing Mila's birthday party and we decided on a circus themed party, we are busy with the preparations and found a lot of inspirational images on flickr.

Etsy shop update

I update my shop with some fabric packs, robot, flower and babushkas.

improving my workspace

The girls have a 10 days holiday and spend last night at their grandparents, I used my time well to make some small changes to my workroom. I made a much needed new cover for my ironing-board with my favourite fabric of Petit Pan ( thanks Maud ;-) and I got this spool-rack out of the shed and after a good clean I had much joy to fill it with some of my favourite ribbons and robe.

Look what a lovely package arrived for me from Denmark, Mette and I did a swap and this is what she has send me, a great magazine, stickers and sweets for the girls, lovely trims and fabrics for me and sweet handmade coasters. Recieving a package like this feels like Christmas!!!

Hi Erika, I absolutely adore this print - it symbolizes the very essence of spring. There's a lot of things that I love about spring. But what keeps coming back to me every year is the exact time where all the shoots transforms into flowers and leafs and I feel a sudden relief and think about how fantastic it is, that they do that every year and that they dont mind :-). Today we went to see this film about van Gogh in the Omniversum, it was great to see the paintings so big with all it's lovely details, colours and brushstrokes, almost being a part of it!!

Green give away

This morning was grey and rainy and made me long for springtime, I made this bag today and I love the green and makes me feel that spring is coming soon.
