swap package from Seattle

Yesterday after a long day's work i came home to find this

wonderfull package Sasha from seattle send me.

I feel so lucky that i started swapping and what great swap

partners i have found.Sasha has send me this great japanese

book that i saw at her blog, i am sure i will make some great

tops and dresses for my girls, can't wait.The fabrics she

choose to send me are so nice, i think it will be very difficult

to cut them, i will really think hard what i will use it for.

The girls had there own presents, both a very cute calendar,

beautifully wrappedin sweet paper, and a hankie ( i collect all

kind of old/ cute hankies, so i feel tempted to keep them for

myself) and a very cute hairpin Sasha made herself,( see her blog).

Also included in the package was a holiday craft magazine and

some seattle chocolate.Thanks Sasha for this great swap package

i loved every bit of it, i hope that we could have an other swap,

i would love to make some other things for your girls and you.

Today i recieved an e-mail that Sasha from Seattle has recieved

myswap package so i can now show what i've send, some fabric,

a fabric banner, dresses for her girls some magazines, ribbons,

stamps, buttons and some tipically dutch goodies.

Malene has recieved her swap package already so i can show the

picture, I sent some presents for her girls and her son, some

magazines, stickers, candy and some other goodies.

I had a busy week this week, last thursday i got an order for a

very nice shop tsuki in Den Haag.

Here i have the items neatly folded ready to go,

* five nurses sets, (bag/apron/cap)

* a cape for a true Little Red Ridinghood

*a cape for a little lady bird

There are also some cats and rabbits moving to DenHaag,

here are some new additions to the family.

It feels like christmas,easter and my birthday, today my

swap with Malene from denmark arrived.

Oh what a lovely pakkage it was, beautifully wrapped,

so many things to see.

the girls where so excited i could barely make a picture.

I don't know whati liked best, i really loved the name tags,

the skirts for the girls, things for cookie making (i do love rice)

the wrappingpaper, a nice magazine, a very cute box with tea,

candy and very nice danish christmas decoration.

Malene you made me and the girls so happy, can't wait to do another

swap very soon.

Today Sofia was invited to a knight and princes party,

so she had to get dressed up, we have all kinds of clothes but there was no dress

for a princess so sofia told me to make one, so this is the result of a mornings work.

She looks like a persian princess i think.

Tomorrow my parents celebrate their 35th year of

marriage, so we needed a present, but what?

So i could go to the stores and buy something, but i know

that one thing is always a hit, handmade things from the girls.

So i had this idea this morning and we started.

So here are the results of their crafty morning

christmas fever

Christmas is coming, when your selling it's coming

much faster, no big christmas market this year but

we will have a private christmas market.

So I made 50 invitations,to get people in the mood,

I made this drawing for the inventations.

Today we send two swap pakkages, one to

Malene in Denmark and one to Sasha in Seattle

I really hope that they will love all the things i've send.

(by the way this is our daily transportation!!)

dutch treat

I've started swapping and i found some great swapping partners, I'm busy

making/buying goodies.

One of my swap partners is Babs and she loves to get some souvenirs of Holland , i am
also going to make her a bag and i bought some typical dutch materials/colours and
i think i will reallyenjoy working on it.

Christmas stockings

I made some good use of my scraps of textile and ribbons,

i created these christmas stockings, the black and white fabric

i found at ikea i justlove those dots.

My vintage fabric cats

Here are some pictures of my vintage fabric cats , I have a big family of them together with a big rabbit family, I'm always curious how the finished result will be.

I've fallen in love with "flower corsages" /flower belts, so allt he bags/cats/rabbits and apron i make have them , it just gives them something cute i think.
